First impressions are the most lasting, according to Proverbs. So why not make a grand entrance on your wedding day? Here are a few ideas of ways to make your arrival memorable to all those who attend.

Arrive by Air

Hunterdon County is home to three airports – Readington, Sky Manor and Alexandria, all which offer an array of air travel, from chartered airplanes to hot air balloons. For the really adventurous, sky diving can also be arranged.

Arrive by Boat

One of the luxuries of Hunterdon County is that it’s surrounded by water, with the Delaware River on one side and the Raritan River on the other. Plus there’s reservoirs such as Round Valley or Spruce Run. All offer the opportunity of a waterside wedding where you can arrive by sailing vessel. Pontoon boats, which are available for rent in New Hope and Upper Black Eddy, can carry the entire wedding party and allow for a pre-party before you arrive for your nuptials.

Arrive by Train

Black River & Western Railroad in Ringoes offers a locomotive entrance to weddings held at the 2019 Hunterdon Happening List Wedding Venue Winner, The Farmstead of Ringoes.  There are also plans in Milford to open up a tourist train ride from Phillipsburg, which could offer similar accommodations for weddings held at Milford establishments.

Arrive by Trolley

You don’t need to plan a San Francisco wedding to arrive by trolley, as there are plenty of trolley car rental companies in the area that welcome wedding parties. Just Google trolley car rentals.

Arrive by Exotic or Classic Car

Limos aren’t the only way to get dropped off on the big day. Exotic car rentals, whether in a Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Ferrari or Bentley, can make a splashy arrival and a classy sendoff.

Arrive by Horse and Buggy

Why not arrive to your wedding like Cinderella in a horse and carriage?  Stockton Carriage Tours, for example, offers carriages small enough for just the wedding couple or large enough for the entire entourage.

Arrive by Limousine

There’s nothing wrong with arriving by traditional means in a stretch limo. Check out Happening List Winner for Wedding Limousine Service, Partners Limo Rental in Clinton. They also offer wine tours for the after or before party.
