This week, Ken Ludwig’s The Fox on the Fairway debuts at the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse.
This new play is a fast-moving, hilarious farce from the author of “Lend Me a Tenor” about the quirky characters of rival country clubs who engage in a frantic battle of one-upmanship.
The feud between two rival country clubs trying to OUTFOX one another to win their heated annual inter-club tournament. A sizeable wager, pressure from his desperate boss and mounting clubhouse complications put the young man’s fortitude and love life to the test, and raises the stakes – and pace – of this riotous romp that recalls the funniest Marx Brothers classics.
The show will run at the Hampton, New Jersey dinner theater though June 20th.
