The Hunterdon Art Museum’s third annual Art on Tap will be held Sunday, June 7 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Get your mug on over to the Hunterdon Art Museum’s third annual “Art on Tap,” fundraiser Sunday, June 7 from 2 to 5 p.m. to sample delicious craft beers and enjoy tasty food from local restaurants.

Proceeds from the beer-and-food tasting fundraiser help support the Museum’s education programs including its class for adults with disabilities; the “HAM in the Schools” program; and ArtZone, a free space in the Museum where children can make art, said Marjorie Frankel Nathanson, executive director of the Museum.

Hunterdon Brewing Company will supply 16 diverse beers for three tasting tables for guests to sample including: Yards Brewing’s George Washington Porter, Oskar Blues Breweries’ Old Chubb, Rogue’s Shakespeare Stout, Old Dominion’s Oak Barrel Stout.

Accompanying the beverages will be various culinary delights from: Metropolitan Seafood Co, Bex Kitchen, Pru Thai, Chocodiem, The Glen Gardner Inn, A La Carte, Frank’s Restaurant and Sol Mexican Cantina.

There will also be a raffle featuring prizes from Matt’s Red Rooster Grill, Metropolitan Seafood Co., The Clinton House, Center Street Cigar, Jake’s Restaurant & Bar, The Clean Plate, Dora Restaurant and Just Chill.

New Road Band will perform on the Museum’s terrace. Inside, guests can check out the Museum’s latest exhibitions.

Art on Tap’s sponsor is Unity Bank. The Hunterdon Art Museum also wishes to thank ShopRite and Wegmans Food Markets for donations.

“Art on Tap is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an afternoon on our terrace with some fabulous food and drinks while supporting our wonderful education programs,” Nathanson said.

Tickets are $35 in advance or $45 at the door. A $15 designated driver’s ticket is also available; non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. To order tickets, call the Museum at 908-735-8415 or visit www.hunterdonartmuseum.org. This event has sold out the previous two years, so it’s advised to order your tickets early. This is a 21 and older event.
