One-of-a-kind Farmhouse in Stockton, NJ

One-of-a-kind farmhouse apartment located on a working grass-fed cattle and sheep farm. Steps to the walking/bike path along the canal and under two miles from downtown Stockton.

This is an upstairs apartment in the original 1700 era farmhouse on a 200+ acre working farm. This approximately 1300 square foot apartment has a porch that overlooks a sculpted kitchen garden and the Delaware river in the distance. Inside, the kitchen is flooded with natural light and has lots of room for dinner guests.

The original floor boards of the farmhouse stretch throughout the apartment and other details like moldings and exposed beams make the spaces explode with charm.

The historic farmhouse has been used over the centuries by farmers (Lloyd Wescott) famous writers (Glenway Wescott) and musicians (Paul Whiteman). The Rosemont Supper Club is located downstairs from the farm stay apartment with dinners available every Friday and Saturday night. Airbnb guests receive a free (onetime) membership and dinner is by reservation only. Our farm also has it own Farm Market for farm produced meat products just across the lane from your stay.

The farm stay apartment is walking distance (less than 2 miles from downtown Stockton, NJ with a local food court/market (weekends only) and charming local restaurants. New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ are just a few minutes by car and offer several antiquing opportunities and great restaurants and bars. Them area is great for runners, walkers, and bikers with it’s gentle rolling roads, walking paths and river views.

Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our small vineyard, a log cabin built in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek.
