The Central Jersey Jazz Fest

When: Friday, September 13 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, September 14 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, September 15 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Mamma Mia! At Music Mountain Theatre

When: Friday, September 13 through Sunday, October 6 (Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sundays at 3 p.m.)
Where: 1483 Route 179, Lambertville

An enchanting tale of love, laughter, family and friendship set to the magical story-telling songs of ABBA. Tickets start at $23 and can be purchased here.

Delaware River Grand Prix and Regatta

When: Saturday, September 14 at 8 a.m.
Where: Delaware River Tubing, 778 Frenchtown Road, Milford

Choose from a 7-mile, 5k or 1-mile course along a flat, quick, cinder trail while enjoying the scenic surroundings of the Delaware River and Canal State Park. Unwind afterwards with a tubing trip down the river and BBQ at Delaware River Tubing. Proceeds benefit the Binnacle House. Click here for more information.

Good News Home for Women’s 16th Annual Harvest Festival & Craft Fair

When: Saturday, September 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Where: Good News Home for Women, 33 Bartles Corner Road, Flemington

The Harvest Festival will feature fun activities for the entire family including face painting, pony rides, music, games, prizes, vendor shopping and refreshments. Sparkee, the Somerset Patriots Baseball Team Mascot will be making a guest appearance.  Officers from the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Office will also be present and making identification cards for children through their Child Ident-A-Kid Program.

New Jersey Storytelling Festival

Where: Howell Living History Farm, 70 Woodens Lane, Lambertville
When: Saturday, September 14 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Join storytellers from throughout the tri-state area as they convene at Howell Living History Farm to spin some yarns. The event is free, registration required. For more information, visit www.njstorynet.org

Back to School Pool Party at Hunterdon County YMCA

When: Saturday, September 14 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 144 W. Woodschurch Road, Flemington

The Hunterdon County YMCA is celebrating the reopening of its Deer Path pool and the kick-off of the Stingrays Swim Academy with a beach-themed pool party. Experience the enhancements of the recent pool upgrade and enjoy fun pool games. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the Aquatic Director and the Stingrays Swim Academy instructors. This event is free and open to both Members and the community.

Friends of Fleming Castle’s Apples & Spice Celebration

When: Saturday, September 14 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Samuel Fleming House Museum & Gardens, 5 Bonnell Street, Flemington

Visit the Samuel Fleming House Museum as they celebrate autumn! There will be free apple pies, cakes and cider, plus music, games and guided tours. Half-hour tours will begin at 1:30 and 3 p.m. And at 2:30 p.m., there will be a Colonial Spice Talk with special colonial spice sachets available to purchase.
