Wild Game Season at Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn

When: Now through March with specific wild game available on certain dates
Where: 11 Bridge Street, Lambertville

It’s Wild Game Season at The Station. January 27 through January 31, you can order ostrich or python during dinner and lunch. Appetizer portions are available on most items, and you can also order from the regular menu if you’re not feeling adventurous. They also have a wonderful brunch!

Stangl Factory Farmers Market

When: Saturday, January 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 4 Stangl Road, Flemington

The Stangl Factory Farmers’ Market brings you the very freshest local, seasonal foods! Organic produce, grass-fed meats, pastured eggs, handmade cheeses, freshly baked bread, prepared foods like soups and salads made with local, organic ingredients, and much more! Meet the Goats & Farm Tour at Gorgeous Goat Creamery & Soap

When: Saturday, January 30 from 11 a.m. to noon and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 71 Featherbed Lane, Stockton

Enjoy a farm tour and hike with the goats in the forest at a commercial goat dairy. Learn how they milk the goats to make delicious cheese in a family-friendly environment. Then, interact with the goats during the meet-and-greet. There are 26 goats and tours are limited to 12 people.

Try it Out Pottery Wheel Class at The Painter’s Loft

When: Saturday, January 30 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 1 Tree Farm Road, Pennington

Go ahead, get a little dirty! Couples, singles, and friends are welcome at The Painter’s Loft for an afternoon of fun and throwing on the potters’ wheel. A skilled instructor will guide you through the basics of wheel throwing.

$70/person. 1.5-2hr hr class with instruction. The last 30 mins is left for cleaning up. Included in the price is glazing and firing of your piece! Registration required. Clean up is required. Masks must be worn during class. Dress in clothes you can get dirty in. You will make 1 piece. You will be able to glaze your piece on the same day. Classes are limited to 6 people.
