Free Whitehouse Wind Symphony Holiday Concerts

When: Thursday, December 12, 7:30 p.m.
Where: Flemington United Methodist Church, 116 Main Street, Flemington

When: Saturday, December 14, 3 p.m.
Where: St. John’s Episcopal Church, 158 West High Street, Somerville

Concertgoers will enjoy the band’s arrangements of classic Christmas carols such as “Good King Wenceslas,” “Hark The Herald Angels Sing,” “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,”  and “Oh Come, All Ye Faithful.”  The band will also play holiday favorites such as “Jingle Bells,” “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” and “Frosty the Snowman.” Children will be invited to ring sleigh bells as the band plays “Sleigh Ride.”  Audience members will also have the opportunity to sing along.

High Bridge Fire Department Santa Gift Delivery

Drop Off Date: Friday, December 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Delivery Date: Saturday, December 14 starting at 4 p.m.

Where: 7 Maryland Avenue, High Bridge, NJ

Santa will deliver gifts right to your house riding on a fire truck! Bring a wrapped gift (1 per child) to High Bridge Fire Department, and Santa will bring it to your home the following day. Christmas in Milford

When: Friday, December 13 at from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.,
Where: Downtown Milford

Treelighting, Santa visit and gingerbread lead this event sponsored by the Milford Merchant’s Association.

A Charlie Brown Christmas at Music Mountain Theatre

 When: Saturdays, December 14 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Where: 1482 Route 179, Lambertville

The classic animated television special comes to life in this faithful stage adaptation. Join Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus, and the whole Peanuts gang as they produce their own Christmas play, and ultimately learn the true meaning of the season. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased here.

Revolutionary Pub Crawl

When: Saturday, December 14 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Where: Starts at Lambertville Station Restaurant, 10 Bridge Street, Lambertville

Eat, drink and learn about the American Revolution! This unique bar crawl experience includes historical presentations by re-enactors, one free drink at 5 pubs, light fare at each pub, live music and more. Come in costume to get the full experience. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased online here.

Holiday Lantern Walk with Choir & Co.

When: Saturday, December 14 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: ArtYard, 62A Trenton Avenue, Frenchtown

Nationally recognized performer Kira Willey and musicians Eve Sheldon and Noah Jarrett will teach  familiar holiday classics and festive pop tunes. After rehearsing for about an hour, the group will walk on the towpath—carrying beautiful paper lanterns—to  Bridge Street  and go a-caroling. Donations collected at this event will benefit Rolling Harvest Food Rescue.

Say Humbug to Hunger – A Dickens Classic

When: Saturday, December 14 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Presbyterian Church of Milford, 70 Bridge Street, Milford

River Union Stage performs a reading of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol at the Presbyterian Church.  Admission is a non-perishable grocery item for area food pantries.

Holiday Party at Artie’s

When: Saturday, December 14 at 8 p.m.
Where: 1121 State Route 12, Frenchtown

Need a break from holiday shopping? Eat, drink and dance with the Moore Bros. Band. There will be rock n’ roll with some Christmas songs thrown in, too!

Pancake Breakfast with Santa at Clinton Fire Station

When: Sunday, December 15 from 8 a.m. to noon
Where: 1 New Street, Clinton

Join in the holiday fun and help support Clinton’s Boy Scout Troop 121, and don’t forget to bring your camera for a Santa photo opportunity! Breakfast will include all-you-can-eat pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea and OJ! Tickets can be bought in advance from any Troop Member or at the door: Adults $8, children 12 and under $4.

Schaefer Farms

When: Sunday, December 15 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Schaefer Farms, 1051 County Route 523, Flemington

Visit with Santa while shopping for your tree at Schaefer Farms. Bring your camera to take your own photos with The Big Guy. Shop for a wreath, holiday crafts, decorations and more.
