Lebanon’s Kelise Woolford is an 8 year old with a big heart and even bigger dream. At the tender age of 6, she decided to fearlessly follow her dream to compete in the Olympics.
She began training at Gymnastics Unlimited in Flemington, NJ and soon after made the move to NorthStar in Boonton where she could train more and compete. She began competing about one year later and has been an unstoppable force in the gymnastic world.
It was after just a couple of months training at NorthStar that she asked her parents to be home schooled in order to train more often. Currently, she goes to the gym from 8:00am to 4:00pm. She has school for 2 1/2 hours and the remainder of the day is spent training.
Kelisa’s parents are proud that she has maintained a humble spirit and positive attitude throughout her winning gymnastics career.
“She is the most pleasant child you could ever encounter. She is always positive, happy and upbeat. There is never a dull moment with Kelise, and she never leaves anyone behind or out.”
Here’s to Kelise competing in 2024 summer games!
