Celebrate spring with an unforgettable six-course dinner that benefits the Hunterdon Art Museum on Saturday, March 24 at 6 p.m.
Chef Mia Emerson of 15 Landsdowne Catering has created an unforgettable menu featuring wild mushroom soup, spring green risotto, herb-crusted leg of lamb, Parmigiano-Reggiano custards and strawberries and balsamic over grilled pound cake.
There’s also a vegetarian main course option of carrot osso buco available.
This pop-up dinner, titled Beauty in Bloom, seats only 30 guests, so early reservations are strongly encouraged.
Cost is $100 per person, and reservations can be made by visiting www.hunterdonartmuseum.org or calling the Museum at 908-735-8415.
Proceeds benefit the Museum’s education programs and exhibitions of contemporary art, craft and design. The Museum is located at 7 Lower Center St. in Clinton, New Jersey.
