What: Immerse yourself in foreign cinema this weekend without leaving town. The Film Society of Lincoln Center and Unifrance Films will showcase six contemporary French films this weekend at Lambertville’s Acme Screening Room. The films will be shown during a three-day event, called Rendez-vous with French Cinema.

When: The film festival begins Friday with a screening of “Tip Top” at 5 p.m. At 7 p.m. Friday, “Age of Panic” will be screened, followed by “2 Autumns, 3 Winters” at 8:40 p.m. On Saturday, “Under the Rainbow” will be shown at 5 p.m., followed by another showing of “2 Autumns, 3 Winters” and a second showing of “Tip Top” at 8:40 p.m. Sunday’s schedule includes a showing of “The Marchers” at 5 p.m. and “Cineastes” at 7:10 p.m.

Where: Acme Screening Room, 25 S Union St., Lambertville

Details: Admission to an individual film is $6 for screening room members and $8 for nonmembers. A weekend pass is $20. Films are French with English subtitles.
