Lambertville Station and Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve are teaming up for a dining experience to remember.
On Wednesday and Thursday, September 5-6 and September 12-13 Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve and Lambertville Station will serve up a succulent locally sourced lunch, followed by a wildflower extravaganza. They will be hosting a lunch and Wildflower Tour.
The day starts with lunch at 11:30 a.m. at Lambertville Station, with a menu inspired by nature. The first course is field greens with apples, local blueberries, and gorgonzola cheese, topped with a blueberry vinaigrette with choice of grilled chicken or salmon cake. Followed by Peach upside down cake with cinnamon whipped cream.
After guests will be treated to a tour of Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve to enjoy the sights and scents of the regions native plants. This will all be done with a stroll through Penn’s Woods. Transportation is not included in the $35 price.
