Back for its 6th year, The Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and the County of Hunterdon will be holding its  Annual Hunterdon County Community Day on Saturday, June 1. From local businesses to non-profit organizations to our 26 municipalities, there will be a lot to see and do throughout this celebration that attracts over 4,000 attendees.

“Hunterdon County Community Day has truly become a place where we can showcase and celebrate all the great towns, organizations, non- profits, the business community and great resources of Hunterdon County’, said Chris Phelan, President of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce.

Entertainment & Activities

Back by popular demand, Michael Shwedick’s Reptile World will be holding three live reptile shows throughout the afternoon. In addition, there will be musical performances by Due South, Marshalls Dixieland Band, and the Whitehouse Wind Symphony. Dan Torrone of Dr. D Entertainment will return as the Master of Ceremonies and will provide even more entertainment.

Presenting sponsor Hunterdon Healthcare is going to have free face painting and other interactive activities within their tent. In addition, they will be setting up a fun obstacle course in partnership with the Healthy Hunterdon Work Force Initiative.

“Hunterdon Healthcare is looking forward to participating in Hunterdon County Community Day. We encourage our community to stop by and talk to the many health professionals and get your blood pressure taken. Children can bring their favorite stuffed animal and get it checked out by one of our nurses,” said Kathleen Seelig, Corporate Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Hunterdon Medical Center.
