New Therapy Groups This Fall!

Fall is such a season of change – new routines, new beginnings, and for many, a chance to focus on well-being. At Prologue Therapy, they believe no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone, which is why they are excited to share two new group offerings starting this season. First, they are welcoming members to their LGBTQ+ Support Group for ages 17 and up. This is a space to connect with others in an affirming, supportive environment – whether you’re figuring things out, learning ho to embrace who you are, or just looking for community. Together, you will share stories, celebrate resilience, and find strength in knowing you are not alone.

They are also introducing a therapy group for middle schoolers (grades 5-8) who experience school-based anxiety. The middle school years can feel like a rollercoaster – friendships, academics, and new responsibilities all at once. This group gives kids a place to talk about worries, learn coping skills, and practice confidence in a safe, encouraging space with peers who “get it.”

What makes group therapy so special is the reminder that we’re all in this together. Sharing, listening, and supporting one another can be incredibly healing – and sometimes even a little fun. If this sounds like a fit for you or someone you love, they’d love to hear from you. Give them a call or visit https://prologuetherapynj.com/ to learn more. This fall, let’s lean into community, connection and growth. They can’t wait to welcome you in!
