St. Patrick’s Day Parade After-Party

After the parade, celebrate at Red Mill Museum Village with music by the Amish Outlaws, food and beverages.

The Irish Cabaret | Starring Andy Cooney

When: March 15-20
Where: Hunterdon Hills Playhouse, 88 Route 173 West, Hampton, NJ

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day as the sights and sounds of Ireland come alive in the Irish Cabaret! Starring Andy Cooney, who has sold out Carnegie Hall several times, Irish Cabaret is a celebration of Ireland’s music, comedy and dance. Also featured during the live show are Eimar Reynolds and Jimmy Q. The show sells out quickly. Get your tickets here.

Rock Kandy Rocks St. Patrick’s Day 80s Party

When: March 18, 8 pm

Featuring the hit songs of such legendary groups as Poison, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Journey, AC/DC, Van Halen, Motley Crue, GnR, Joan Jett, Heart, Aerosmith, Pat Benatar, Duran Duran, Loverboy, Blondie, Prince and so many more! Celebrate 27 years of Rock Kandy, the nation’s longest running 80s tribute.

St. Patrick’s Day Combo Class | Candyland Crafts

When: March 13, 12-2 pm
Where: 44 W Somerset St., Raritan, NJ

Get ready for St. Patrick’s Day with a fun beginner class. This class will teach the basics of working with royal icing and how to flood cookies. You will be decorating 6 chocolate covered strawberries too! Supplies are included. This class is suitable for ages 12+. Get tickets here.

Newtown Irish Festival

When: March 10-20
Where: Green Parrot Restaurant Pub & Patio, 240 N. Sycamore Street, Newtown, PA

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day for 9 days at the Green Parrot in Newtown. The festival will include live music, Irish dancers, a balloon artist, Irish food and fare, and more. The Newtown Irish Festival is for all ages and will include Scott eh Balloon artist who makes balloon animals like leprechauns, shamrocks, parrots, cartoon characters and more. Live bands will include Jamison, Go Go Gadget, Lecompt, The Juliano Brothers, The Zone, The Shanty’s, The Blitz, The Malarkey Brothers, DJ Shelly Fiddle-Mix, Six Pack Rodeo, Side Arm, Seamus Kelleher, Mike Brill and CJ Mills. There will be 8 different local Irish dance schools performing.
Food specials will include signature corned beef eggrolls, fish & chips, Shepard’s pie, Irish stew, potato soup, Guinness stew, corned beef & cabbage and more. There will be Irish beers like Guinness, Harp and Smithwicks on tap, as well as green beer on tap. Irish whiskey and signature cocktail specials include things like Irish coffee, boozy shamrock shake, green orange crush, leprechaun lemonade, thin mint girl scout tinis, Irish mule, green teas and more.

Friendly Sons of St. Patrick Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade

When: Sunday, March 13, 3-4:3o pm
Where: Town of Clinton, 43 Lehigh St, Clinton, NJ

The Parade has over forty marching units and five pipe and drum bands featuring the NJ State Police Pipes and Drums of the Blue and Gold. The other marching units include community groups, fire engines from the Clinton Fire Department, horses, dogs and Civil War re-enactors. This is a family friendly event and it’s free to attend.

Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day Parade

When: Sunday, March 13, 9 am
Where: Philadelphia, PA

After a two year break, the Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day Parade is back! The parade begins at 9 am with the grand marshals. It will begin at 16th St. and JFK Blvd. and continue down Market Street. The parade will pass City Hall and then head to Front Street and end on Dock Street at Penn’s Landing. There will be performances at Independence Mall.

Levittown St. Patrick’s Day Parade

When: Saturday, March 12, 10:30 am
Where: Levittown American Athletic Association, New Falls Road, Levittown, PA

The Bucks County St. Patrick’s Day Parade will kick off on March 12th at 10:30 am. The parade begins at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School and ends at Levittown American baseball fields on New Falls Road. Come show your support for the parade and sport your green!

2021 Happening List Winner for Irish Pub!

When: March 7-17
Where: 2 Beaver Ave, Annandale, NJ

From March 7-17th, get the “Luck of the Irish” sticker on your coaster and that cocktail is on the house. There will be 10 “Luck of the Irish” giveaways per day for 10 days. Get your St. Patrick’s Day celebration started early. On Parade Day, March 13th, have an 11 am Irish Breakfast with traditional Irish fare, bacon bomb bloody mary’s, mcmosa’s and more! At 4:00 pm, the Celtic Rebels will perform with bagpipers, prizes and giveaways, Irish step dancers, Irish food and drink specials. On March 17th, Jimmy Farrell will perform live at 12:30 pm.

The Dubliner on the Delaware | Irish Week

Celebrate all week long at The Dubliner on the Delaware with live music.

Shamrock Crawl 2022

When: Saturday, March 12, 12 pm-1 am and Thursday, March 17
Where: Lucky Strike Philadelphia, 1336 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA

Venture through streets of Philadelphia and celebrate through 30+ of Philly’s top locations throughout the city. This is going to be a fun event with drink specials and no cover charge all day. Stay and party all day and into the night. Get your tickets early!

Run O’ The Mill 5K

When: Saturday, March 12, 8 am
Where: Race Start – 63 Halstead St, Clinton, NJ

Founded by hometown Olympian Julie Culley, the Run O’ the Mill 5K is held annually in Clinton, New Jersey. The race is organized by the Hunterdon Lions Youth Track Club. Packet pickup is on Friday, March 11th from 4-7 pm. The race day starts at 7 am at the Clinton Recreation Center (63 Halstead St, Clinton, NJ.) Sign up here.

Shake Your Shamrock 

When: Sunday, March 13, 11 am – 1 pm
Where: Peddler’s Village, 2400 Street Road, New Hope, PA

Join Scoogie Events along with Hewn Spirits Distillery at Peddler’s Village for the biggest and best family St. Patrick’s Celebration. There are events for everyone in the family. Here is a lineup: Shake Your Shamrock 8K, Shake Your Shamrock 5K, Little Leprechaun 1/2 Mile Kid’s Fun Run and Pot o’ Gold 2 Mile Fun Run Walk. It’s suggested to park at Giggleberry Fair and sign up early. The event is expected to sell out quickly.

Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5K

When: Saturday, March 12, 9 am
Where: 23 N. State Street, Newtown, PA

Participate in the 6th Annual Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5K. The Shamrock Shuffle offers more than a typical 5K. When you finish running through the historic Newtown, you are invited to keep the party going. Instead of the Irish Festival this year, you’ll be able to shuffle through Newtown where participating bars, restaurants and shops will be offering specials and giveaways. All 5K participants will receive a custom finisher medal and quality finisher shirt.

Luck of the Irish 5K – Virtual 

When: Month of March
Where: Virtual

Participate in the Luck of the Irish 5K and participate from home with a 3.17 mile race. You can complete the race anytime during the month of March and 15% of the registration proceeds will be donated to the National Hemophilia Foundation. Your medal will be shipped to you upon completion.
