JUMP TO: LIST OF EDUCATORS // FULL SCHEDULE // EVENT DESCRIPTIONS

Grab a friend, and run, don’t walk.

The foods and supplements we take in, the ingredients that we use on our bodies, our coping methods for stress, and all the ways we honor our mind and soul are as equally important as traditional beauty treatments.

Known for always being on the cutting edge of beauty and wellness, Zanya Spa Salon wants to make you feel as beautiful as you look.  Wellness Week 2018, Zanya Spa Salon proudly presents an event that puts the intersection of beauty and health at center stage.  Experts across all areas of wellness will teach and demonstrate how beauty begins from within. The event will take place April 8th thru April 14th, 2018.

The word “holistic” often connotes wellness methods that may be considered less-than-medical; the words “out there” might even come to mind. However, consider this:  the actual definition of the word holistic refers to the fact that your whole body is interconnected.  Instead of treating one symptom, a holistic treatment endeavors to take into account all possible interconnecting factors – mental, social, and seemingly unrelated physical ones.

Isn’t that just common sense?

If this piques your curiosity even a little bit, the team at Zanya Spa Salon have worked hard to bring together an all-star lineup of holistic educators and leaders in the wellness industry.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the best, how to feel and look better.

Reiki with Allison Lynch

Certified Usui Reiki Master and Teacher

Cost: $90
60 minute session
April 8 – April 14, 2018

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Low “life force energy” can result in more sick and stress.  But if it is high, one can experience an increase in health and happiness. Unlike a massage, you remain fully clothed during reiki while the practitioner places his or her hands inches above your body.
