Give thanks for cats this Thanksgiving.

On Saturday, November 18th, from 12-4pm, Tabby’s Place: a Cat Sanctuary invites cat lovers to kick off the holiday season with its first-ever Thanksgiving with the Cats event.

The one-of-a-kind, cage-free cat sanctuary will be decked in festive holiday trimmings, and guests will enjoy holiday refreshments; free tours of Tabby’s Place; and a smorgasbord of kitty cuddles. Attendees will even have the opportunity to help feed the cats an early Thanksgiving dinner.

Thanksgiving with the Cats is a free event, but Tabby’s Place asks guests to consider bringing much-needed donations. In addition to monetary gifts, the non-profit sanctuary is in need of canned and dry cat food (of any variety), non-clumping kitty litter, cat toys, and treats for its 100+ cats to gobble.

Tabby’s Place kitties have special reason to give thanks. Each resident cat came from desperate circumstances, but finds unconditional love, world-class medical care, and a warm haven of hope at this unique sanctuary. Cat lovers can join this labor of love while getting into the holiday spirit at Thanksgiving with the Cats.

For more information, please contact Tabby’s Place Director of Operations Danielle Rice at dr@tabbysplace.org or 908-237-5300 ext 450. Tabby’s Place is located at 1100 US Highway 202 in Ringoes, NJ, 08551.

Can’t make Thanksgiving with the Cats? Tabby’s Place is open for tours and adoptions seven days a week, from 12-5pm. You can also visit the cats online, and show your love with a donation, at www.tabbysplace.org.
