There are few things more exhilirating for a child than going sledding on a snow day! A great sledding hill, though, is not always easy to come by. Check out 3 of our favorite Hunterdon County hills to sled down:
- Belle Mountain, Lambertville: This hill actually used to operate as a small ski resort. Find it on Valley Rd. of Rt. 29 south of Lambertville
- Round Valley State Park, Lebanon, NJ: Cross-country skiers and sledding enthusiasts congregate at Round Valley in the winter months.
- The Sledding Hill at Tuccamirigan Park, Flemington -The sledding hill is located off of Bonnell Street and is open weather permitting during the winter months.
