Caroline: A day of accomplishments (big or small), family & friends, physical fitness and love.

Hunterdon Happening: Who inspires you?

Caroline: My grandparents, anyone who works hard, people authentic to who they are and their dreams.

Hunterdon Happening: How did you decide to open your business?

Caroline: I observed a need in the health care industry and wanted to help people achieve healthier lives, Then, I started a business to develop a way for homeowners to test their living spaces for contaminants/toxins and improve their living conditions. “90% of our health and wellness is determined by our behaviors, environment, socio-economic status and genetics.” There is a direct correlation to how and where we live and our quality of health.  It became my mission to create healthier homes to improve overall wellness.

Hunterdon Happening: Which achievement are you most proud of?

Caroline: Working with physicians and clients to improve health by evaluating, testing and changing homes and living spaces.  I am also a national media expert to educate the public about wellness.

Caroline: Understanding that when you present new information and thoughts, not everyone is open to change. Develop a tough shell, and stay true to what you believe in, and your message will be accepted in time.

Hunterdon Happening: What is the biggest accomplishment that you’d like to achieve over the next 5 years?

Caroline: Developing a media platform where we can answer questions about healthy homes to a national audience on a regular basis and completing graduate research.

Caroline: Passionate about learning, and concerned about humanity and people.

Hunterdon Happening: Where’s your favorite place to go in Hunterdon County?

Caroline: OWOW COW Lambertville (I love sweets!) and Round Valley Reservoir for kayaking & fishing

Hunterdon Happening: You can take a time machine back to visit yourself 10 years ago. What advice would you give?

Caroline: There is a positive and negative to everything. When life give you a lemon, there is always lemonade in there somewhere.
