Vito Marinelli comes from a family who has owned restaurants in Hunterdon County, NJ since the 1970’s. He has spent over 20 years in the food, restaurant and catering industry in NJ and PA. Among decades of experience, he has been proud of his commitment to using the highest quality ingredients. He is the head chef and owner of Marinelli’s Italian Restaurant & Catering and Ginny’s American Restaurant. He is also the co-owner of Tavern 519.
