Ever find yourself watching a cooking show only to wish you were in the audience getting to taste the delicious culinary creations? Well, here’s your chance to indulge in the culinary creations of local apsiring chefs.

Hunterdon Polytech’s Adult & Continuing Education is hosting their annual series of evening adult education dinners prepared and served by their culinary students. Join the students as they take you on a culinary tour with menu inspirations from France to an English Pub and across America.

To kick off this annual event, the culinary students will prepare and serve a 5-course Mardi Gras inspired dinner, featuring Cajun and Creole specialties starting promptly at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, February 24th. Cost for the dinner is $25/person (including beverage and tax). Dinners are held at our Careers Café, 10 Junction Road, Flemington.

Dinners will be offered every Tuesday until April 28th, starting promptly at 6:30 pm. The internationally themed menu changes weekly and can be previewed one week ahead of time at www.hcpolytechadulted.org.

Reservations are required as space is limited. Reserve your table today by calling 908-284-1444, ext. 2122. Please note that only cash or checks are accepted.
