Winter Village at the Red Mill Museum

Where: The Red Mill Museum, 56 Main Street, Clinton
When:  Friday, Nov. 29 from  9 a.m. – Sunday, Dec. 1 at  4 p.m.

This three-day German-style outdoor, tented and heated, winter craft market in the heart of Clinton features more than 40 local artisans, vintage peddlers, and food trucks.  It also features a silent auction fundraiser benefiting the museum’s preservation,  tours of 12 historic buildings on the museum’s  grounds  and performances by Clinton’s ‘Dickens Days’  theatrical carolers.  Cost is $10

Christmas Craft Bazaar

When: Saturday, Nov. 30, beginning at 9 a.m.
Where: High Bridge Reformed Church, 23 Church Street, High Bridge

Annual Christmas Craft Bazaar hosted by High Bridge Reformed Church featuring handmade gifts and cookies by the pound.

25th Annual Covered Bridge Artisans Holiday Studio Tour

When:  Friday, November 29 through Sunday, December 1 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Where: Sergeantsville Firehouse Events Center, 761 Sergeantsville Road, Sergeantsville

Dickens Days

When: Friday, November 29 through Sunday, December 1
Where: Main Street, Clinton, NJ

Photos with Santa at Chirp Workshop

When: Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 32 Fulper Road, Flemington

Join Stardust Photography and Budding Roses Photography for their annual photos with Santa! For $35, you will get a 5-minute visit with Santa and 1 digital image. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Flemington’s Safe Harbor Child Access Center. Chirp will have an optional (paid) fun holiday craft going on during the sessions as well. Centenary Christmas Festival

When: Saturday, November 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Centenary United Methodist Church, 108 N. Union Street, Lambertville

Shop the food bazaar, listen to live music, peruse the silent auction and enjoy free breakfast! Santa will be posing for photos with kids until 3 p.m. Pets (leashed) can get their photos with Mrs. Claus.

Santa Arrives by Firetruck in Milford

When: Saturday, November 30 at 11 a.m
Where: Santa House, Walnut Street at the Riverwalk, Downtown Milford

Santa will arrive with sirens blasting atop a fire truck and escorted by the police on Small Business Saturday.. He’ll also be in town on Friday evenings from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. until the weekend before Christmas. All children age 12 or younger will receive a free picture with Santa, a candy cane, a stocking filled with candy.

The Nutcracker at The College of New Jersey’s Kendall Main Stage Theater

When: Saturday, Nov. 30-Sunday, Dec. 8
Where: 2000 Pennington Road, Ewing

Roxey Ballet will present its 25th annual performance of Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker.” This acclaimed event has become a favorite tradition of area residents and holiday visitors alike. Visit www.roxeyballet.org/nutcracker for times and ticket prices.

Hunterdon Land Trust Winter Market

When: Sunday, December 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: Dvoor Farm, 111 Mine Street, Flemington

It’s the first winter market of the season! Shop organic fruits and vegetables; all-natural beef, chicken and pork; artisan breads; cheeses; honey; pies; plants; locally roasted coffee; milk; eggs and more. Read here for more details.

Christmas on the Farm

When: Sunday, December 1 from noon to 4 p.m.
Where: Holcombe Jimison Farmstead Museum, 1605 Daniel Bray Highway, Lambertville

Celebrate the beginning of the holiday season by visiting the Farmstead! The 1711 House will be decorated for Christmas, and Santa will be visiting for photos. The Museum will be open for tours, and there will be blacksmith demonstrations, craft vendors, holiday music, kid crafts and refreshments. Admission is a $5 donation, children 5 and under are free.

The Prallsville Mill’s Annual Holiday Party

When: Sunday, December 1 from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: 33 Risler St, Stockton

This unique, 10-building historic complex includes an 1877 grist mill, a 1790 linseed oil mill, an 1850 saw mill and a 1900 grain silo. Swing by on December 1 for fun activities including:
2:30-3 p.m. – Story Time with Mill Docent Anna P. Wyman
3-4:30 p.m. – Horse and carriage rides
5 p.m. – Santa arrives
5:30 p.m. – Tree lighting ceremony
All are welcome to this free event.

Lebanon Township Annual Tree Lighting and Visit with Santa

When: Sunday, December 1 from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: 530 West Hill Road, Glen Gardner

Come celebrate this tradition with friends and neighbors at the annual tree lighting! Bring your camera for pictures with Santa, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and cookies, listen to caroling and welcome in this festive season. The tree is lit at 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, followed by caroling courtesy of Woodglen students. Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive by Lebanon Township Volunteer Fire Department escort. This free family fun is a must!
