Hunterdon County Division of Parks and Recreation’s 15th Annual Touch-a-Truck

When: Saturday, November 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: Deer Path Park, 120 West Woodschurch Road, Flemington

Do you have a truck lover in your house? Come out and get a close-up look at over 40 vehicles – dump trucks, fire trucks, military jeeps, ambulances and more. This relaxed event is free, open to all ages, with no registration required.

Taste of Flemington Fall Restaurant Week

When: Sunday, November 4 through Friday, November 9

Restaurant Week begins on Sunday! Participating restaurants will offer fabulous specials for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special prix-fixe menus will be priced at $25 or $35. Click here for details and menus.

Guy Fawkes Night at the Ship Inn

When: Sunday, November 4 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Where: The Ship Inn Restaurant and Brewery, 61 Bridge Street, Milford

“Remember, remember! The fifth of November …” The Ship Inn will celebrate Guy Fawkes Night by offering a 3-course meal, storytelling and songs. Folk duo Lynn and Tony Hughes will perform. Festivities start at 5:30, so you’ll want to come early to catch the traditional burning of the Guy Fawkes effigy. Costumes are encouraged! Call 908-995-0188 to make your reservation.
