“Gloria Takes a Stand” Book Launch Plus Community Leader Panel
When: Saturday, March 16 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: United Methodist Church, Third Street, Frenchtown
Join women celebrating women with author Jessica Rinker on March 16. Jessica Rinker is the author of Gloria Takes a Stand, a children’s biography of Gloria Steinem. A diverse group of community leaders will join Rinker in a panel discussion and talking circle. Participants will be talking about how they make change in their communities through the various facets of their lives. This includes mothers, daughters, professionals, artists and activists. 15 Landsdowne Tasting Room Open House
When: Saturday, March 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 29 Race Street, Frenchtown
15 Landsdowne was the 2018 Hunterdon Happening List Winner for Best Caterer & Best Chef, so you KNOW the food is incredible! The full-service catering and event production company is hosting an open house to celebrate the opening of their new Tasting Room and Creative Office. Disney’s The Lion King Kids Edition
When: Saturdays through March 30 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Where: Music Mountain Theatre, 1483 RT 179, Lambertville
Based on the Broadway production, this 1-hour production of “The Lion King” is just right for kids that aren’t quite ready for a full musical. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased online here.
