Lots of music, movies, wine, shopping and cars! Here’s what’s happening in Hunterdon County this weekend. (Of course, we encourage you to make decisions that fit your family’s situation and follow safety guidelines.)

Clinton’s Come Together Friday Night Music Festival

When: Friday, July 24 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Main Street, Clinton

This annual summer event has been slowly adding more festivities since their late start this year. This week, they’re up to four different bands playing throughout Clinton! Grab a friend and bring a lawn chair. Many of the local restaurants and shops also have specials going on during the Festivals. There is unlimited free parking at the Community Center on Halsted Street and behind the Municipal Building on Lehigh Street.

Sip wine and listen to music at Old York Cellars Winery

When: Friday, July 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26 from noon to 6:30 p.m.
Where: 80 Old York Road, Ringoes

The Summer Wine & Music Series is back at this Happening List Finalist! This outdoor event is rain or shine since there’s plenty of covered seating. There’s also a new food menu. Make reservations HERE.

Watch Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark at Music Mountain’s Park-In Theatre

When: Friday, July 24 and Saturday, July 25, lot opens at 8 p.m. and movie begins at sunset
Where: 1483 Route 179, Lambertville

Music Mountain Theatre has temporarily converted their parking lot into a park-in movie lot. Purchase your ticket online for $25 per car. You’ll be assigned a spot when you arrive and play the sound through your car radio. Concessions will be available before the movie.

Enjoy a movie and live music from your car at The Acme Carpool Cinema

When: Saturday, July 25 at 8 p.m.
Where: Behind Robust Wealth, 204 N. Union Street, Lambertville

Watch a screening of Do the Right Thing from the comfort of your car. Movie starts at 9 p.m. Plus, there will be live music by Sam Ryan from 8:15 to 8:45. You can BYO food or purchase Thai street food from Thia Tida at the event. Purchase tickets and read guidelines via THIS LINK. There are only 35 car spots. Tickets are $35 per car.

Rock and Roll Flea Market

When: Saturday, July 25 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Artie’s Bar and Grill, 1121 Route 12, Frenchtown

Artie’s will host its first rock and roll outdoor flea market, selling everything from household items to fine arts and crafts. While you’re shopping, enjoy live music by bands such as Sister Salvation and Victim of Vengeance. Admission to the market is free. If you’d like to sell as a vendor, you must purchase a spot for $15. (Get more details here.)

2020 Annual Wheels for the Wheel Car show

When: Sunday, July 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: The Red Mill Museum, 56 Main Street, Clinton

This annual car show that raises funds for Red Mill Museum was moved from May to July. Enter your car or truck, sell goods as a vendor, or just come as a spectator. Sign up HERE. It’s held on a gorgeous 10-acre site, allowing plenty of space for social distancing. Local food vendor Bob-B-Q Sliders and Sides Truck will be there for lunch!
