Keynote Speaker Natasha Maximoff Chandler of Chandler Consulting Group Addresses the Attendees of the 2018 Leadership Summit

The Women’s Business Forum of Hunterdon County, a committee of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, is holding its 10th Annual Women’s Leadership Summit on April 9. This year’s theme is “Own Your Strength: Cultivating Confidence in Communication”.

The conference is open to the public and attracts attendees from Hunterdon, Somerset, Warren, Mercer and Bucks Counties, as well as the Greater Philadelphia and New York regions. Consider attending the Summit if you are a Small Business Owner, Senior Executive, Supervisor/Manager or high achieving individual or entrepreneur.

Event Details

When: Tuesday, April 9 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: Hawk Pointe Golf Club, 4 Clubhouse Drive, Washington, NJ.

Fee: $80 for Chamber Members and $95 for general admission (includes breakfast and lunch)

With the help of Scholarship Sponsor, MSI Plumbing & Remodeling, there are up to 10 scholarships available to individuals interested in attending the Summit. About the Conference

The full-day program includes a morning panel discussion and two rounds of breakout sessions, prior to an afternoon keynote speaker. This year’s panel on “How to Create Meaningful Partnerships within the Community” will feature Rosemary Fellner of Unity Bank, Linda Castner of Alexandria Field Airport, and Karen Widico of Prevention Resources.

Attendees will participate in two-of-three breakout sessions:

Jessica Smith of Janssen Pharmaceuticals: “Reputation Management & Public Relations”
Audrey Kerchner of INYMA: “Social Media & Advertising”
Karen Yankovich of Uplevel Media and GoodGirlsGetRich: “Managing Your Personal Brand”

Both sessions will provide takeaways for attendees to implement within their respective organizations.

Keynote Speaker

The Women’s Leadership Summit keynote speaker is Megan Lamm, Global Learning & Development Manager at Cisco. Lamm has spent her career in marketing, project management, and business engagement roles. The TCNJ alumna is entering her fifth year as a Team Lead. At Cisco, Lamm serves as a thought leader and advisor to the Cisco Capital Executive Team. She built the first comprehensive strategic framework for organizational learning, and increased overall learning hours per year for team members by 179%.

Colleen Duerr of Shifting Gears Consulting is the Committee Chair of the Women’s Business Forum which organizes this event.
