On Friday, December 16, 2016, head to the Stockton Market in welcoming local folk-rock artist Brad Staudle, with special guest Sylvia Alexandra on the nyckelharpa. Brad’s vocals are filled with soul, and his guitar covers grounds from Beatles favorites to obscure Bob Dylans, and everything in between. All are guaranteed a lovely time, especially when the nyckelharpa takes the stage in the hands of the beautiful Sylvia.
Starting at 3:00pm, Metro Seafood offers a buck an oyster till 5pm (after 5pm, regular price) along with their other Friday night specials. Bridge Street Rotisserie has yummy chicken and lots of sides. Market Pizza, Lenny’s Cocina de Abuelita, Sweet Melissa, Sciascia Confections and the Urbane Coffee and Tea Bar are all open. The event is BYOB, but you can also head next door to Stockton Fine Wines to sample cocktails so fresh you wanna slap ’em, brought to you by the illustrious Warren Bobrow, also known as the cocktail whisperer.
