Yes, you can do it! If you have wanted to practice yoga, but you weren’t sure if you were right for it, or you didn’t want to be in a room full of people who seemed to already know what they were doing and have “perfect bodies” or you have injuries, this class is for you! Bring your bodies just as they are,your willing minds and a bottle of water. That is all you need for this 6 week series.
