$1-$10 Donation to benefit SAFE in Hunterdon
Jersey Community Acupuncture

Every Wednesday, Nicole from Jersey Community Acupuncture will be offering a peer led meditation practice from 8:30am to 9am. This will be ongoing, every Wednesday.

Donate $1 to $10 dollars which will go to a local organization. For the months of February thru April, all donations will go to SAFE in Hunterdon.

This is a great space for folks new to meditation or those looking for community support in their practice. We will start off with a few minutes of breath work and then settle in for about 20 minutes of sitting mediation, followed by questions and comments. Why practice meditation? Most of us tend to be busy, busy, busy. It is rare that we take time to settle in our bodies and listen. Part of meditation is clearing the mind, but it is also a great time to just sit and notice how we are feeling in our bodies. In our fast paced lives, it amazing how very difficult it can be to sit for even 20 minutes. Being in community allows us more support to work through this quiet space.
