The 26th Tewksbury Juried Art Exhibition, sponsored by the Tewksbury Historical Society, opens on Friday, Sept. 29 with a reception 6-9 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church Christian Education Center, 18 Miller Ave., Oldwick, 08858.
The show and sale includes juried art work, small works and portfolio areas. Media are oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors, mixed media collages, etchings, silk screens, lithographs and photography depicting animals, abstracts, landscapes, florals and still-life.
Awards will be “Best in Show’, “Best of Tewksbury”, Marion Katnack Memorial Award of a Tewksbury Landscape and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places as well as Honorable Mentions in each category. The awards ceremony will take place during the Opening Night Reception on September 29th. Joel Tidey is Judge of Selection and Andrea Gianchiglia is Judge of Awards.
