Cinco de Mayo is annually observed on May 5 as a celebration of Mexico’s victory over France in the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. Frankly, it’s more widely celebrated in the United States than it is in Mexico, but these days, we’re all about celebrating anything we can! PLUS, it falls on a Tuesday this year. Cinco de Mayo AND Taco Tuesday?! Fiesta time!

So even though you might not be able to head to your favorite Mexican spot to enjoy margaritas with your friends, here are some ways to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at home this year.
