Forget the frenzy of Black Friday. This year, the day after Thanksgiving is Cat Friday.

Starting Friday, November 24th, Tabby’s Place: a Cat Sanctuary will offer a happy holiday special on cat adoptions. Through the end of 2017, adoption fees on adorable cats will be reduced from $135 to $50.

Loving adopters will have more than 100 cats to choose from at Tabby’s Place, ranging in age from eight weeks to over eighteen years. Although most of the kitties are healthy and “normal,” the sanctuary has a courageous cadre of Special Needs cats. Big-hearted adopters will have the chance to open their homes to cats who need a little extra TLC, like diabetic Missy or FIV+ Sherbet.

Adopters and all cat-lovers are welcome to visit Tabby’s Place seven days a week, from 12-5pm. The sanctuary will be open every day except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and the cats promise to bring extra warmth and cheer to all who stop by this winter.

For more information, please contact Tabby’s Place Director of Operations Danielle Rice at dr@tabbysplace.org or 908-237-5300 ext 450. Tabby’s Place is located at 1100 US Highway 202 in Ringoes, NJ, 08551.
