This oil painting, done live from the hills above Lambertville, will be part of the upcoming group show – Art 4 Friends. There will an Opening Reception on May 19, 2017 from 3:30 to 5:30 pm at the Community Art Gallery in the Bank of Princeton in Lambertville.

The gallery & bank are open Monday through Thursday from 9am – 5pm, Fridays from 9am – 6pm & Saturdays from 9am-12pm. The exhibition will feature the latest and best works of four local and international artists – Mike Mann, Madonna Davidoff, Nancy Allen & Ruth Manning.

Mike Mann is a well-known Stockton artist, whose paintings are mostly done “plein aire” (in the open) and are usually of local scenes, where he often reaches by bicycle.

Based in Yardley PA, Filipina/Swiss-American artist Madonna Davidoff’s latest works are batik and watercolor paintings. She is also a children’s book author/illustrator and is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.

Nancy Allen maintained a jewelry studio in her home, creating jewelry in silver and gold, and exploring fabricating and casting techniques. She also works in stained glass, painting on glass and oil painting.

Ruth Manning has been playing in the woods and painting for as long as she can remember. She majored in pottery and painting at Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute in Utica, NY.

The bank is located at 10 Bridge St., Lambertville, NJ. The exhibition will run until June 15, 2017.
