It’s time to dust off your green gear, March 17th is nearly here! St. Paddy’s began as a religious feast day in the 17th century to commemorate St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, but has since evolved into a day of merriment with a variety of festivals and events the world over. St. Patrick’s Day is a day to celebrate Irish culture with parades, special foods, music, dancing, and lots and lots of green! Hunterdon County St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Where: Main Street, Clinton
When: Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Hosted by the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick (FSSP), the 2019 Hunterdon County St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Main Street in Clinton on Sunday, March 10 at 3 p.m. The parade features more than 50 marching bands. including five pipe and drum bands and the North Hunterdon High School Marching Band. An all-ages after party hosted by the FSSP will be held at the Red Mill Museum.

March 17 – Musician Jimmy Farrell kicks off the day at 1 p.m. Celtic Rebel Band appears from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
